Intern Assignment - Marketing – Social Media/Events – Summer/Fall 2026
Job Summary
We’re looking for an undergraduate or graduate student to join our dynamic marketing team for a Summer/Fall Internship. This role is perfect for someone with a focus on social media and event planning aspect of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in preparing and shipping packets for away training sessions.
- Collect KOL (Key Opinion Leader) information for record keeping (W-9’s, ACH, invoices, and new KOL agreements).
- Collaborate with team members and cross functionally to post on various social media platforms (i.e. Instagram and LinkedIn) and save trending audios, captions, and collaborations.
- Assist with various projects as needed including check request processing, support Lab Manager on communications, reminders and updating calendars, and more.
- Support with ensuring all social accounts are current, boost company’s engagement and help continue to build the company’s social community/ presence.
- Support in coordinating travel and dinner reservations for industry tradeshows, workshops, and other industry events.
- Support in organizing various industry events as needed.
- Organize content sent from the Sales and Marketing teams and store accordingly in Box.
Required Qualifications/ Required Skills and Competencies
- Rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications or a similar field. Previous intern experience in similar or like field(s) a plus. Medical Device industry experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-faced communication, marketing material and social media content.
- Proven strong computer skills: MS Office Suite, CMS Platforms (WordPress, etc.), Marketing Programs (Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, etc.)
- Strong project management, organization skills with success in attention to detail.
- Photography and/or video editing skills are strongly preferred.
- Proven success in ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Successfully able to work both independently and in a team setting cross-functionally.
- Proactive mindset with a high standard of precision and excellence.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday 8:00a – 5:00p with flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
- On Site located in Baldwin, NY
- Duration: a temp assignment starting Mid-May 2026 – mid-late September 2026 with possibility of extending into October 2026.

Salary Range: $17.00/hour US
