Overview: 
We’re looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Creative Services Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and coordination—bringing marketing ideas to life through visually compelling collateral, seamless tradeshow execution, market research and website content management. 

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Create and edit marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, and email templates. 

• Manage logistics and shipping of material for trade shows and post-event follow-up tasks.  

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure branding and messaging are consistent across all touchpoints. 

• Support ongoing website updates, including content edits, image uploads, SEO and layout improvements. 

• Conduct market research and analytics on company products and services 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. 

• 1–3 years of experience in a creative or marketing support role. 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite  

• Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.). 

• Experience in B2B marketing or the medical device industry a plus. 

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS / WordPress 

• Working knowledge in email marketing programs such as Constant Contact or MailChimp 

• Photography or video editing skills a plus. 

• Strong project management, organizational skills and attention to detail.  

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) 

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.  

• Successfully able to work both independently and in team settings cross-functionally.  

• Travel: 10% (flexible to weekday and weekend events) 

• The ability to lift up to 50lbs (on occasion) is required.  

• Salary range is $60,000 - $70,000/annual
